Delphina Manners
Regional Service Coordinator - Far North
Email: delphina.manners@customcarenursing.co.nz
Kia Ora, I'm Delphina Manners, I am the third eldest among my 12 siblings. Although my roots stretch from Hokianga, Whatuwhiwhi, and Wanganui, I currently call Auckland home, where I reside with my fiancé.
My life has centered on the importance of family and whanaungatanga, which I loved caring for not only younger siblings and cousins but also our respected kaumatua and kuia. It brings me great fulfilment to be a part of a company that is deeply dedicated to assisting our clients in regaining their independence, and I'm grateful for the supportive team environment around me.
During my leisure time, you'll often find me driving to visit relatives, enjoying quality moments at the beach with loved ones, orchestrating family get-togethers, immersing myself in music, and appreciating Kapa Haka performances.

I enjoy working and helping people recover from their injury and ensuring that they get all the help and assistance they require to make a full recovery. I like meeting different people from all walks of life and listening to their stories as they progress through their recovery.

It is so rewarding to get such positive feedback from Clients as to the wonderful staff that have supported them through difficult times back to independence. They say that they could have done it without their support.
For my down time, I bred and show dogs. I enjoy competing in dog shows with my dogs, and I travel around the county to the dog shows. I have a large section, and I potter in the garden when time and weather permits. The dogs love to assist by removing plants that I have put in. When I am not looking of course.
