If you are receiving cares funded by ACC, we can provide services at no cost to you. Whether a new ACC client or an existing client who is not completely satisfied with the current provider, we would be more than happy to discuss ways we can assist you.
ACC Funded Support for Short-term / Return to Independence Clients

Private Care and Support for All Ages, Abilities, all In-Home and Community Support Needs
If you, or a loved one needs private care we can support with a range of tasks such as home help, personal cares, assisting with shopping or other outings, meal preparation, etc.
Registered Nursing Support In Your Home

Palliative Support

Private Insurance Nursing Support
If you have insurance cover for nursing assistance in the home, we have Registered Nurses available to provide the covered Nursing Care.
