We provide care across Aotearoa, from one-hour home help visits to full 24/7 support. Our head office is in Hastings, Hawke’s Bay, but our team of Coordinators and support staff are based throughout New Zealand. We’re a warm and supportive team, and we’d love for you to be part of it.

What the role involves
Personal care
Support with daily living tasks as outlined in each client’s care plan. This may include washing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, mobility support, toileting, and personal safety. You may also assist clients who are studying or provide continuous night care where needed.
Overnight care
Providing overnight care by sleeping in the client’s home and offering intermittent support as needed, or continuous overnight supervision and support (pre-approved by ACC).
Home management
Helping with everyday household duties like meal preparation, shopping, vacuuming, laundry, and general cleaning to keep the client’s home safe and comfortable.
Childcare
Caring for children when a client requires support. This can include personal care (bathing, feeding, dressing), supervision, and ensuring their safety.
What’s involved in support work?
Support Workers help people live safely and independently at home. It’s one of the most rewarding jobs you can do. You don’t always need prior experience - we provide plenty of on-the-job training.
Tasks may include:
Personal care (showering, grooming, dressing)
Meal preparation
Home management (cleaning, laundry, shopping)
Medication support
Mobility and transfer assistance
Community access and participation
Childcare
Overnight sleepover care
