Join our team as a Resource Coordinator

We’re looking for a highly organised, people-focused team member with a drive to succeed to help us cover maternity leave, based out of Head Office in Hastings. As a Resource Coordinator, you’ll be at the centre of the action - matching support staff with clients, ensuring everything runs smoothly, and helping us deliver consistent, high-quality care.

No two days are the same. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, work collaboratively with our nationwide team, and play a key role in maintaining exceptional service across your region.

What the role involves

  • Coordinating care for clients in your region

  • Allocating staff to meet client needs

  • Representing Custom Care Nursing positively in your community

  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with Support Workers

  • Providing direct support to staff and clients as needed

  • Being available after hours for urgent matters

  • Collaborating with head office and management

  • Completing reviews, assessments, and documentation on time

  • Keeping accurate records of staff and client activity

  • Working alongside other health professionals to support continuity of care
