Join our team as a Resource Coordinator
We’re looking for a highly organised, people-focused team member with a drive to succeed to help us cover maternity leave, based out of Head Office in Hastings. As a Resource Coordinator, you’ll be at the centre of the action - matching support staff with clients, ensuring everything runs smoothly, and helping us deliver consistent, high-quality care.
No two days are the same. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, work collaboratively with our nationwide team, and play a key role in maintaining exceptional service across your region.
What the role involves
Coordinating care for clients in your region
Allocating staff to meet client needs
Representing Custom Care Nursing positively in your community
Building and maintaining strong working relationships with Support Workers
Providing direct support to staff and clients as needed
Being available after hours for urgent matters
Collaborating with head office and management
Completing reviews, assessments, and documentation on time
Keeping accurate records of staff and client activity
Working alongside other health professionals to support continuity of care
